Do I need a new WhatsApp number?

You need a number that can be registered with Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. The dashboard guides you through the required business and phone identifiers.

Where do I get the Meta details?

They come from your Meta developer app and WhatsApp Business setup: Phone Number ID, WhatsApp Business Account ID, permanent access token and app secret.

Does Tengri reply using my business information?

Yes. Add your approved knowledge, services, policies and instructions in the AI Agent section. The system includes that context when preparing replies.

Can the AI invent prices or policies?

Your instructions should explicitly define what the AI may state. For Tengri Global Group, the approved knowledge rules already prevent invented prices, guarantees and unsupported claims.

Can a person take over a chat?

Yes. Open Conversations, select the customer and send a manual WhatsApp reply from the workspace.

Is the website online 24/7?

The hosted platform remains online independently of your computer. WhatsApp Cloud API sends incoming events to the hosted webhook.

Can I manage other businesses?

Yes. The administrator can oversee separate client workspaces. Each customer signs in to their own workspace and cannot edit another customer’s settings.

Are Meta and OpenAI charges included?

Tengri plan pricing covers the platform reply allowance. Third-party WhatsApp/Meta messaging and OpenAI usage may be charged separately by those providers.
